If you’re an employee of an organisation

If you need to use BDM services and you are NOT the authorised manager of the account, don’t register an account through this website. You must wait for an email invitation.

  • Ask the person who manages your organisation account to add you as a ‘user’. They’ll need your name and email address.
  • If you work for a large organisation and don’t know who manages the account, contact us.

Still not sure? Call us on 132 842 and select Option 3 (service partners). Calls to this option are answered within 15 minutes, and often faster.
