Get the results

How to access data results for BDM's data services. For data matching and data cleansing, recurring data delivered on a schedule, and data on demand.

These instructions apply to:

  • Recurring data delivered on a schedule
  • Data on demand

Note: Currently you can only access the results from a desktop computer. We’re working to make results available from mobile devices as soon as possible.

Step 1: Go to the 'Scenario results' page

  1. Choose Data extract list in the top menu
  2. In the ‘View details’ column, select View. This goes to the 'Contract' page.
  3. At the list of links on the left, select Results of scenarios.

Step 2: Download the results

  1. In the ‘Available for download’ column, select the Download button
  2. The results are delivered in a .csv file.

Results not available?

If you can’t see a download button:

  • Have you paid for the data? The download button will not appear if there is an outstanding payment.
  • Have you allowed time for the system to retrieve the data? Big data sets could take up to 10-15 minutes.(For data matching and data on demand).
