Create an account
To apply for a certificate or registration, you must create a user account.
- Start your application
- You’ll be prompted to either:
- Create a user account or
- Log in to your existing user account.
Logging back in to an existing application
To log into your user account:
- In the menu, choose Log in to 'My items'
- Use the login details you created when you set up your account.
Forgot your password? You can reset your password.
Logging in to upload documents
- Log in to My Items
- Locate your application
- Choose the ‘Upload supporting documents’ button
- Upload certified copies of your documents

Information technology (IT) issues
Our IT helpdesk can help with logging in or password resets. Email bdm.ict.servicedesk@dgs.vic.gov.au.
The IT team can't help with turnaround times or applying for a certificate.
