Create an account

To apply for a certificate or registration, you must create a user account.

  1. Start your application
  2. You’ll be prompted to either:
    • Create a user account or
    • Log in to your existing user account.

Logging back in to an existing application

To log into your user account:

  1. In the menu, choose Log in to 'My items'
  2. Use the login details you created when you set up your account.

Forgot your password? You can reset your password.

Logging in to upload documents

  1. Log in to My Items
  2. Locate your application
  3. Choose the ‘Upload supporting documents’ button
  4. Upload certified copies of your documents
