Start a new cause of death

1. Choose Medical certificate cause of death > New from the top menu.
2. Fill in the form. It will tell you if something is missing or incorrect. Help with filling out the form.
3. Select the Save as draft button below the form. You can continue working on it, come back to it later, or submit it to BDM.
4. Submit the form from your drafts list once it is complete.
