How you do this varies, depending on your type of data service. Find your data type below for instructions and help.

Data matching and data cleansing

You compare your data file with our records and download a spreadsheet of the results.

For example: Cleaning up a mailing list, removing deceased people from a database, checking whether research study participants have died.

Data on demand

You retrieve the data directly from our records.

For one-off retrieval of data with certain criteria, such as birth records for a specific time period.
